The cottage is situated in Llanllechid on the edge of the Snowdonia national park within easy reach of the coast and Anglesey.

Surf Snowdonia
Surf Snowdonia is the world's first inland surfing lagoon. Surf snowdonia also has an indoor soft play area, crash 7 splash lagoon, surf side cafe and coffee shop.

Zipworld Bethesda
Zip World has the longest zip line in Europe and is NOW OPEN at Penrhyn Quarry, Bethesda – “The Nearest Thing to Flying”. The Zip World site contains two specially constructed and spectacular zip lines, the first will take you down to the bottom of the quarry where you will pick up your specialised vehicle for a magnificent quarry tour, before zip lining back for a mile to the start.

Anglesey Sea Zoo

Llechwedd Slate Caverns
Llechwedd Slate Caverns is located in 2000 acres of land above Blaenau Ffestiniog, and since it opened in 1836 has been a working slate mind. Experience what it would have been like to be a Victoria slate miner, and discover an underground world which includes an underground lake. Ride on the Miners Tramway while soaking up the history.
